Eligibility: The Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open only to those who are a legal resident and homeowner in the state of Florida, and are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. To enter, participant must sign up at the online sweepstakes page to schedule and participate in a free in-home roof evaluation or, alternatively, via mailing a request for participation to the Sponsor with your full name, home address, phone number and the term “3MG Sweepstakes 2024” to 1127 Solana Avenue, Winter Park, FL 32789. Limit one entry per participant, per household. The Winner will be required to show proof of age and home ownership with the primary residence residing within the state of Florida. Employees of the Sponsor, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

Agreement to Rules: By participating, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Rules and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. In addition, you agree to accept the decision(s) of the Sponsor, as final and binding as it relates to the application of the terms and conditions contained herein.

Sweepstakes Period: Properly submitted entries will be accepted starting on or about 08/29/2024 at 12:00 am and ending on or about 11/29/2024 at 11:59 pm. All entries must be received and completed by 11/29/2024 at 11:59 pm. All times are US Eastern Standard. 3MG Game Day Prize packs will be selected from existing entries the day before the applicable UCF Football game to which they apply.

How to Enter: The Sweepstakes must be entered by submitting an entry using the online form provided at the online site or via mail as detailed above. The entry must fulfill all sweepstakes requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are not complete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. You may only enter one time. Online entries must fill in all information requested. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple e-mail addresses, identities or devices or attempt to circumvent the rules in any way. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.

Prizes: One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive: A GAF Timberline Solar Shingle Roof.  Seven (7) Game Day winners will receive: A 3MG Prize Pack, including VIP Access to 3MG Tailgate, 2 Pre-Game On-Field Experience Passes (must be 18 or over to access field), Game Day Tickets, 3MG Swag Bag. The Prize Pack winners must pick up their prize at the 3MG Tailgate Tent or as arranged with the Sponsor. Prize Pack winners must be able to attend the game to which the tickets apply, no substitutions will be permitted. The approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is up to $50,000. The approximate retail value of the Game Day Prize Packs are up to $100.  Actual material and labor costs may vary. The grand prize is a GAF Solar Shingle roof. Materials and products used are at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Your chance of winning and entry is dependent on the total number of eligible entries received. Actual/appraised value(s) may differ at time of prize award. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by the Sponsor. No cash or other prize substitution permitted except at Sponsor’s discretion. Any and all prize related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and local taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. Participant agrees to accept the tax responsibilities and issuance of IRS Form 1099 if they are selected as a Winner. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by winners is permitted. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor to use winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Winner Selection and Notification: Winners of the Sweepstakes will be selected in a random drawing under the supervision of the Sponsor. Winners will be notified via e-mail or phone to the phone number or e-mail address they entered the Sweepstakes with within seventy two (72) hours following the winner selection. the Sponsor shall have no liability for a winner’s failure to receive notices due to winners’ spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for winners’ provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 8 hours from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and releases as required, prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. The receipt by winner of the prize offered in this Sweepstakes is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal and state laws and regulations. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY ANY WINNER (AT SPONSOR’S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN SUCH WINNER’S DISQUALIFICATION AS WINNER OF THE SWEEPSTAKES AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.

Terms: The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes should (in its sole discretion) a virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, fraud or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes.
